Please understand that everything on our site is handmade and slight variations occur among pieces in the same style. We cannot accept returns. Feel free to reach out for additional images before placing an order. 

If a piece is damaged in shipping, please reach out immediately, with photos of the broken work, and all packaging.  We will replace whenever possible, or refund in select cases.
